April Marks Record Low In Russian Oil Export Revenues Sanctions Commissioner Vlasiuk
This was announced on television by the Presidential Commissioner for Sanctions Policy Vladyslav Vlasiuk, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“April was a record low in terms of oil export revenues for Russia. They earned about 13 billion. They have not earned so little since the beginning of the full-scale invasion,” he said.
Answering the question whether the price could be reduced to at least USD 40 [per barrel of oil], Vlasiuk explained that if we are talking about the price ceiling for oil, then yes.

Therefore, it is logical, and many partners share this idea, that it is time to lower the price ceiling for oil. We'll see what decisions can be made, given that Canada holds the presidency of the G7, which is a great friend and partner and is interested in making appropriate decisions... There is reason to hope for appropriate decisions,” the Presidential Envoy said.
As Ukrinform reported, the volume of domestic transportation of oil products in Russia is decreasing.
